RUN!

Today run 4k at the CitiMILK run. Actually i think only 3k, cos it was super crowded. smell other ppls BO. Aha. But it was very fun. Or maybe cos ming xuan was there to motivate me, instead of crawling with the masses. ahaha. should put him in a comic book with the classic lets go! pose. So it really depends on who i run with i guess. But that makes me a dependent runner!

And I bumped into Claudia for the 3rd time in a row this hols. My goodness, talk about freaky. She was at windsurfing, at my babtism class, and now at the MILK run! And it was not like i had to look hard to find her, she was standing right in front of me in the Q for bags.

I feel happy today! or maybe its just the endorphins giving me a high.

I hope the following week be interesting and full of purpose. And that i would get my body off the bed.
