Year 3 is pretty slack compared to year 1 and year 2... manz. then again, bathroom project needs time for dreaming, dreaming up the dreambath concept. Guess that leaves me more time to focus my energy on other aspects in life.

I used to wonder if certain things in my life would ever change, things that i wished never started in the first place. Guess now is the time, before everything starts spiralling downwards.

Cryptic, guess only someone can understand!

Just woke up. In studio now. Yawnz. Sailing later. Rushing my dream bath concepts cos I know I will be to tired to do them tonight. Highlight of the day is talking to dear. We went to the Chinese Garden last Saturday nite and saw a dazzling display of sea creature light installations. We relieved our childhood memories dat day, carrying lanterns, playing with sparklers. Even the trip to China town and Arab street proved nostalgic. Plenty of funky jewellery to see, obsolete items like film rolls, as well as childhood stationery.

ecofrenly save the earth!!!

Confirmation today at Wesley Church. Got butterflies in my stomach again when they called my name.

The day before was fun. Had a good time running around with someone. Esp. after dinner, when I wanted to catch the movie on time. Dodging human traffic. Dun try to beat me!

Bourne Ultimatum gave me a eyesore. I was dizzy from trying to make out the different actors amidst the racket that was happening on screen. I was just waiting for the villians to die and the hero to emerge. yay! I guess it would have been better if the laksa in stomach had not been churning so.

Also got another pair of sunglasses. Some things just get hooked on you. At night, I thought a bit of clubbing would be fun. But the atmosphere wasn't there somehow. So just left early.

Spidey Pig!

Finally some thing about my exchange trip in Sweden! Need to fill in General application form and choose accomodation. Probably gonna buy a bike there and bike around.

Hehe. Comments about me losing weight. good. i wanna stay at 52kg. not freaking 54kg which was prob due to an excess of mac's last sem.

Yay. Babtism today. I was kinda nervous before i entered the pool. The water was pretty warm so dat was great. Forgot to breathe also and some water went up my nostrils. Really grateful for all the support from my small group in Wesley. Love you guys! And Kathlyn, the person who interviewed me for babtism was there too. Can i say i feel "strangely warmed"? hurhurhur. Daddy and mummy were there too. And mum was sick. but she still came! She was not too happy with my small group ppl calling her auntie. Said she feels old. But shes really very young at heart.

Now my new life in God is official. Thanks be to God.

Guess who we bumped into at the Peak? Too bad i did not buy the Harry Potter books there cos i had no money left. Retailing at 39SGD, they were a steal.

What a spectacular view!

This sculpture was found in Times Square, a main shopping district in Hong Kong. Doesn't it remind you of Puumba, the hog in Lion King?

Apparently someone had thought of the idea of sitting underneath a fountain before I had. This fountain seating concept was something i thought of for Urban Design last semester. Think mine is nicer. Hehe. The water gushes down the sides in this one, making anyone standing or sitting inside drenched.

Interesting observation tower in Hong Kong park. Looks like it came out from fairy land.

More Hong Kong Photos

Taken in the Conservatory in Hong Kong Park. A charming house in the background framed with exotic plants.

Friday Nightmare ( i get a kick from describing the nitty gritty of this episode)

Ok. I decided to go swimming today. Not a bad swim. I actually swam more than 1o laps. Not continuously, but at least there were few rests in between. Then, decided to go to Subway at United Square for lunch. That spelt doom for me. After lunch, my stomach did not feel too good, by night time, i could not sleep because of the churning. At 330 am, I decided to take some light snack in the kitchen since I thought the queasy feeling could be because of gastric, having not eaten dinner. Then, the retching motions of my body told me I should be in the toilet, haha. I never made it there. I transformed into a human merlion, throwing up ALOT of transparent liquid (could be coke light), and brownish remnants with green strands that were probably my Subway Sandwich. I even had puke through my nostrils. Must have been a powerful puke. The worst part was that I had to clean up the excrements. The smell, URGH! But then, I immediately felt a thousand times better. I thought Subway was known for quality bread? Perhaps the chicken teriyaki sandwich i had was teeming with bacteria.

Well, having a slight fever and still slightly queasy, I went to see Dr Chia. I got some medicine to prevent vomiting and to control my fever. Man, the medicine was strong stuff, i knocked out from 12 to 6. After my porridge lunch, every movement felt so hard to make. I felt limbless, drained of all energy. The good news that came out from the visit was that i lost 1kg. I was a FAT 54kg in April. Probably cos of all the nonsense i ate in school due to stress. Now i have dropped to 53kg. That's still fat. I want to be slimmer. 52kg is my target.

Think i wont be going to United Square Subway for sometime.
